Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to the websites and services of Suncat Labs (“we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

Suncat Mock is a hosted service for creating fake API responses for development and testing. It is not intended for production traffic or for storing sensitive data.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your project tokens and the content you put into the service. You must give a valid email address.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to host malicious content or phishing pages, or to harm or overload the service or other systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are sold for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months. They are billed at the start of each term and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid term.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
