Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what data Suncat Labs collects and why. The data controller is Artem Bikmaev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
- Service data: the projects and endpoints you create.
- Request logs: the method, path, body and time of requests sent to your mocks.
- Technical data: server logs, which may include IP addresses, used to keep the service running and secure.
Do not put personal or sensitive data into mocks. Request logs store what is sent to them.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your card details. Paddle’s privacy policy applies to the data you give them.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use your data
We use your data to provide the service, to send account emails such as password resets, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and payments, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. Request logs are replaced by newer entries as they reach your plan’s limit. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except what we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including complaining to a data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page.
